In this online training we are diving deep into the themes of empathy, compassion, acceptance, loving kindness and positive psychology – both in theory and practice.
This training provides concrete tools to manage negative emotions, challenging situations and conflicts. We learn to build fireproof cultures instead of constantly having to put out fires. Take a new look at emotional challenges!
In this training
We use Zoom-platform to ensure interactive variations of doing concrete and fun exercises that are debriefed in dyads, small groups and with the whole group. We love variations, pauses and dialogue! Feel free to ask and comment anytime you need to during the training. You will get more info in the letter for participants before the workshop.
